Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Effective date: October 13, 2026 · Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy applies to purchases and bookings made through Your Life Matters, Inc., including digital products, recorded courses, audio programs, downloadable materials, live classes, appointments, and related services.
Any different terms shown on a specific product page, at checkout, or in a booking confirmation apply to that purchase.

Digital products and downloadable materials
Unless a product page states a different policy, purchases of digital products, recorded courses, audio programs, and downloadable materials are nonrefundable. Because digital materials can be accessed, downloaded, or copied immediately, all sales are final once access is provided.
If you were charged twice, cannot access what you purchased, or did not receive it, please email admin@theresiliencezone.com with your name, the email address used for the purchase, the product name, and the purchase date. We will make it right (see Refund requests and exceptions).
Any approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.
Appointments, cancellations, and no-shows
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot make your appointment. Other people are on a waitlist, and notice lets someone else use that time. To cancel or reschedule, contact admin@theresiliencezone.com or use the link in your booking confirmation.
Rescheduling
- 24 hours’ notice or more: your appointment is rescheduled to another time, and all is well. It happens.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: your appointment is rescheduled as needed. If late notice happens three times, payment in advance is required for future appointments.
No-shows
- Same-day call after missing an appointment: you have two more opportunities to book further appointments. After that, payment in advance is required.
- No call, no show: future appointments require payment in advance.
Arriving late
- Less than 15 minutes late: this can be accommodated up to three times.
- More than 30 minutes late: payment in advance is required for future appointments, because a late start leaves no time to address what comes up after the session.
If we need to reschedule
If Your Life Matters, Inc. needs to cancel or reschedule, you may choose a new time, or receive a refund for any amount you prepaid for that appointment or class.
Programs with multiple sessions
For programs, packages, or series that include multiple sessions, refund eligibility is determined by the terms shown at purchase. If no specific terms are provided, refunds may be reduced to account for sessions already attended, materials already delivered, or services already provided.
Payment plans
If you purchase through a payment plan, you agree to the payment schedule shown at checkout. A payment plan is a way of paying for the full purchase, unless the purchase terms expressly say otherwise.
Asking to cancel future payments does not automatically cancel the purchase or create a right to a refund. If you believe a payment was made in error, or you are experiencing financial difficulty, please contact us before disputing the charge so we can review the situation with you.
Refund requests and exceptions
We review refund requests in good faith. We may consider exceptions for duplicate charges, technical problems that prevent reasonable access, or a material failure to deliver what was purchased, and we may ask for information needed to look into the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us first if you believe a charge is incorrect or you cannot access something you purchased. We will make a reasonable effort to resolve it.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, access to the related product, course, service, or materials may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed. This does not limit any rights available to you under applicable law.
Access after a refund
If a refund is approved, Your Life Matters, Inc. may withdraw access to the refunded product, course, recording, download, or other materials. You agree not to continue using, copying, distributing, or keeping refunded materials, except where the law requires otherwise.
