Your Life Matters Policies & Terms

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026  ·  Last updated: October 13, 2026

Your Life Matters, Inc. (“Your Life Matters,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit theresiliencezone.com and our related websites, join our email list, book a session or class, buy a course or program, or otherwise interact with us, and how that information is used and protected.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details — your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide it, phone number and mailing address.
  • Booking information — the appointments, classes, or sessions you schedule, and anything you choose to share in an intake or registration form.
  • Purchase information — what you bought, when, and the amount paid. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processors; we do not see or store your full card number.
  • Messages — what you send us by email, contact form, or within a course or community space.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our websites, standard technical information may be collected, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location based on IP address. This happens through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below).

Information about your wellbeing

Some intake forms may ask about your comfort, movement, or goals so that sessions can be adapted to you. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. This information is used only to prepare for and conduct your sessions and is not used for marketing.

How we use your information

  • To schedule, confirm, remind you of, and deliver appointments, classes, and sessions
  • To process payments and send receipts
  • To give you access to courses, recordings, audio programs, and downloads you have purchased or requested
  • To answer your questions and provide support
  • To send newsletters, class announcements, and offers if you have subscribed
  • To understand how our websites are used and improve them
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations and to prevent fraud

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

Email subscriptions and marketing

If you join our email list, download a free resource, or register for a free class or masterclass, we will send you emails related to our teaching, classes, and programs. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may unsubscribe at any time. You may also email admin@theresiliencezone.com to be removed.

Even after you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send transactional messages about purchases, bookings, or course access.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages, we may send appointment reminders, class updates, or related information to the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Your mobile number and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Service providers we use

We use trusted third-party services to run our business. They receive only the information needed to perform their service for us and handle it under their own privacy policies. These include providers of:

  • website hosting
  • email newsletters and communications
  • scheduling, booking, and appointment reminders
  • online classes and video sessions
  • online courses, audio programs, and community spaces
  • payment processing
  • connecting these tools to each other
  • website analytics

The specific companies we use may change over time. To ask which providers currently handle your information, email admin@theresiliencezone.com.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Our websites and the services above may use them to keep pages working properly, remember preferences, and measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as logging into a course, may not work without them.

How information is stored and protected

Your information is stored with the service providers listed above, which use industry-standard security measures. We limit access to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business and tax records, and resolve disputes, and then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you,
  • correct information that is inaccurate,
  • delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law, or
  • stop sending you marketing emails.

Send requests to admin@theresiliencezone.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Children’s privacy

Our websites and offerings are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
