Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
Your L.I.F.E. Matters takes a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, commonly known as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated without notice, and will be billed at a rate of $10 for each recipient to whom the message was sent, regardless of whether the messages were sent from our server, or from another server advertising a site hosted on our servers. All commercial mailings must also comply with the CAN-SPAM act and any other applicable federal, state or local laws. Your L.I.F.E. Matters reserves the right to require changes or disable as necessary any website, account, database, or other component that does not comply with this policy, at its sole discretion. Your L.I.F.E. Matters also reserves the right to make any such modifications in an emergency at our sole discretion.

Waiver
The failure of Your L.I.F.E. Matters to enforce a provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of the right of Your L.I.F.E. Matters to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.

Modification of Terms
Your L.I.F.E. Matters reserves the right to modify this policy at any time and without advance notice, effective upon making the modified provisions available on the Your L.I.F.E. Matters Website. Refund Policy
Since most products consist of downloads, there is nothing to exchange. Your L.I.F.E. Matters issues no refunds unless expressly designated on any one specific offer, and a refund is included on an offer, it’s at our sole discretion if requested within 30 days of purchase. Requests for refunds must be made in the following manner to be considered:
The refund request has to be in writing via letter; and
That the customer shall have paid for by Visa or MasterCard or debit card via our website.
There are no refunds on individual audio downloads or gift cards.

Standard turnaround time for refund is within one month from the date the customer request is received. The customer will be notified of its decision to refund or to reject the refund request for the reasons stated in this policy within one month from the date the customer refund request letter is received.
